Overhead assembly, measured to the second.

The Line is a modular overhead conveyor for bicycles and e-bikes up to 40 kg. Factory OS runs every cycle on it and shows you exactly where the time goes.

Built for the plant floor, not the brochure.

Bikes hang from the rail and come to the operator. The floor underneath stays clear for parts supply, and every station can be moved when the product changes.

  • Station spacing adjustable to the millimetre, so the line follows your takt instead of the other way round.
  • Clamps rotate 360° on two axes. The operator turns the bike, not their back.
  • Low-friction drive with programmable, smooth movement. 230 V and 1500 VA runs a line up to 40 m.
  • Standard commercial components throughout, so maintenance is a parts order, not a service contract.

Every cycle becomes a number you can act on.

Factory OS turns the BOM and production orders into digital work instructions at each station, then times each station independently. The slowest one is never a guess again.

The operator sees

The bike model, the operation, the work instruction, planned takt and elapsed time. One tap confirms completion.

The supervisor sees

Which station holds the line, takt deviation, output per hour and shift, recurring bottlenecks.

Runs standalone or connected to your ERP, MES and WMS, torque tools, scanners and PLCs.

How one production cycle runs on The Line

  1. Step 1

    Load the process

The active product, stations and operations for this cycle.

  2. Step 2

    Show the tasks

Each operator gets only what their station needs.

  3. Step 3

    Time each station

Elapsed time runs independently at every active station.

  4. Step 4

    Confirm completion

Operators or connected tools confirm the work is done.

  5. Step 5

    Check active positions

Empty positions are excluded while filling or emptying.

  6. Step 6

    Advance the line

Factory OS requests the move, the safety PLC executes it.
